Jack R. Ellenberger, CFP® assists clients in creating lasting financial plans that complement their lifestyles and bridge the gap to the next generation. He aims to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals by aligning their values with long term and prudent investment strategies.
Jack, along with partners David W. Riehl, David G. Alderson Jr., and Mitchell Niderstros, works closely with individual retirees, business owners, and retirement plans for small-medium sized businesses.
Jack is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, an Investment Advisor Representative, a Registered Representative, and a Licensed Agent for Life, Accident and Health Insurance. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business and a Minor in Spanish. He also studied at the Universidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain, completed an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning at Duquesne University and is a graduate of Leadership Development Initiative XVII (a program of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc.).
Jack is on the board of Open Field (Pittsburgh) and works on the finance committees of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Grow Pittsburgh. He is a former Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.
Jack lives in Fox Chapel with his wife and their four children. He enjoys playing/coaching soccer and basketball, gardening, and spending time with his family. Jack is passionate about the city of Pittsburgh and values innovation, sustainability and giving back to his community.
